About K1 Fiance Visa Attorney

Millie Anne Cavanaugh, Esq.

Millie Anne Cavanaugh

Millie Anne Cavanaugh, Esq. was born in 1974 near Boston, Massachusetts and received a BA in Psychology from Tufts University. Millie moved to Los Angeles for law school and graduated from UCLA School of Law. Millie has focused her legal career on the practice of immigration law.

Millie is able to practice federal immigration law in all 50 states, and throughout the world. She is licensed to practice state law in California and Massachusetts. While her solo law practice, Cavanaugh Law Office, is physically located in Los Angeles, Millie also makes trips to Boston frequently. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).

Millie strives to use the most up-to-date electronic communication and office management methods in her practice, enabling her to represent clients all over the world. Further, the evolution from a traditional law office to a modern, “e-office” reduces support staff and monthly operating expenses. These savings are passed on to clients, as evident from the schedule of immigration attorney fees for Cavanaugh Law Office.

Millie offers a free ten minute telephone chat to all potential clients. A more traditional “consultation” is arranged if necessary and only after it is determined that one would be fruitful for both attorney and client. Cavanaugh Law Office accepts credit cards, and works with clients to develop manageable payment schedules whenever possible.

Millie makes herself personally accessible to her clients by phone and e-mail and can be contacted most nights and weekends, in addition to during regular business hours. She understands that your immigration matter is probably the most important thing going on in your life and, as such, strives to minimize your stress with regular communication and periodic updates. Millie makes it a policy to return all telephone or electronic communications with 24 business hours, if she is not immediately available.
